چکیده

اختلاف طول اندام بعد از تعویض مفصل لگن، THA (Total hip arthroplasty) یک عارضة شایع است که در میزان رضایت بیمار از عمل تعویض مفصل اثرگذار است. اختلاف طول اندام یکی از شایعترین علت‌های گلایة بیمار از پزشک، بعد از عمل تعویض مفصل لگن است. بیماران کوتاهی را خیلی راحت‌تر از بلندی اندام قبول می‌کنند. اختلاف طول اندام می‌تواند باعث درد و لنگش بیمار و شُل شدن زودرس پروتز و کمردرد شود. به همین علت جراح باید سعی کند به کمک الگوبرداری (templating) قبل از عمل، و روش‌های مختلف هنگام عمل، از این عارضه جلوگیری شود. در این مقاله مروری، بر آن شدیم با بررسی مقالات علمی که در این زمینه منتشر شده‌اند، علت‌های اختلاف طول اندام و روش‌های جلوگیری از این عارضه قبل از عمل و در جریان عمل را بررسی کنیم.

The Limb Length Difference after Total Hip Arthroplasty (Review of Articles)

چکیده English

Leg Length Discrepancy (LLD) after Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) is a prevalent complication that affects the patient's satisfaction with joint replacement surgery. It is the most common reasons for a patient's complaint of a doctor after a joint replacement. Patients will tolerate limb shortness more efficiently than their longevity. The LLD will create pain and limpness for the patients that result in premature aseptic loosening and back pain. Therefore, the surgeon should try to avoid this complication with the help of preoperative templating and various other methods during the operation. The present study examined the reasons for LLD and its preventive procedures in pre/intra-operation.
