چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه: همانژیوآندوتلیوما اپیتلیوئید اولیه، EHE (Epithelioid Hemangio-endothelioma) در ستون فقرات یک نئوپلاسم عروقی بدخیم بسیار نادر است که عواقب غیرقابل پیش‌بینی دارد. به عنوان یک تومور بدخیم، برداشتن کامل تومور بهترین روش برای بقای بیمار است، در حالی که جراحی در این مکان مشکلات فنی دشواری به همراه دارد.
مواد و روش‌ها: یک مرد 38 ساله با تومور بزرگ مهرة T10 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تشخیص EHE با بیوپسی تأیید شد و همزمان تحت عمل برداشتن و بازسازی قدامی و خلفی با پیوند قوس قدامی و هم‌جوشی توسط دستگاه خلفی قرار گرفت.
نتایج: بیمار یک دورة خوب بعد از عمل بدون آسیب عصبی و بدون بازگشت در دورة پی‌گیری یکساله را گذرانده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: EHE ستون فقرات در پشت قفسه سینه یکی از یافته‌های نادر است و برش جراحی کامل و برنامه‌ریزی شده می‌تواند نتیجة خوبی ادر پی داشته باشد.

Spondylectomy of Epithelioid Hemangio-endothelioma of Thoracic Spine and Technical Resection Issues (Case Report)

چکیده English

Abstract
Background Primary Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE) of spine is an extremely rare malignant vascular neoplasm with unpredictable outcome. As a malignant tumor, total resection offers the best possible disease -free survival, while the location poses difficult technical problems .
Method: A 38-year-old man with a large tumor of T10 vertebra was investigated, had biopsy-confirmed diagnosis of EHE, and underwent simultaneous anterior and posterior resection and reconstruction with anterior strut grafting and posteriorly instrumented fusion.
Results: The patient has had good a post-operative course with no neurological damage and no recurrence found in the one-year follow-up .
Conclusion: EHE of thoracic spine is a rare finding and a well-planned total surgical excision can produce a good outcome.
