Utilization of external fixator has worldward acceptance. Pin tract infection, neurovascular injuries, compartment syndrome are common complication of this injuries. In this research complication and other pitfall treatment of has external fixator insertion were studied. Material and Method: Is this study the patients with open fracture of periarticular fracture of knee and ankle were studied. One day after surgery the neurovascular injury has studied and when patients referred for exchange of external fixator the pin tract infection has studied.After data gathering by observation and checklist they analyzed by means of independent t-test and spss20. Results: The rate of infection was %52. The rate of neurovascular injuries was %6. The rate of compartment syndrome and vascular injury was zero and the rate of tendon injury was %5.7. In comparison between pin tract infection and neurovascular injuries and tendon injury in open and close fracture only the injury of nerve has meaningful differences( P=0/049). In our study the kind of dressing (with Betadine) and kind of pin (stainless steel) was appreciated. Conclusion: External fixator placement for open or comminuted fractures of the femur and leg is associated with a considerable degree of pin tract infection, but neurovascular effects and complications of tendon muscle, compartment syndrome is uncommon.}, keywords = {open fractures,pin tract infection,muscle tendon injuries,neurovascular injuries}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان عوارض کارگذاری اکسترنال فیکساتور در شکستگی های خردشده مجاور مفاصل زانو و مچ پا}, abstract_fa = {پیش زمینه و هدف: شکستگی خردشده یا باز ران و ساق از شایعترین مشکلات ارتوپدی می باشد. استفاده از اکسترنال فیکساتور در این نوع شکستگی کاربرد گسترده دارد و همانند سایر روشهای درمانی  دارای عوارضی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی عوارض عفونت اطراف پین،آسیب عصبی-عروقی، سندرم کمپارتمان، آسیب تاندونی- عضلانی می باشد. مواد و روش: در طی یک کارآزمائی بالینی140بیمار با شکستگی های باز اطراف زانو و مچ پا که درسال 1391-1390 تحت درمان با اکسترنال فیکساتور قرارگرفتند بررسی شدند. یک روز بعد ازعمل عوارض عصبی-عروقی و تاندونی-عضلانی و هنگام پیگیری ها و زمانی که بیماران برای تعویض و خارج سازی اکسترنال فیکساتور مراجعه می کردند عوارض عفونت اطراف پین  مورد بررسی قرار می گرفت.  داده ها با استفاده از ابزار مشاهده و چک لیست جمع آوری شدند و با کمک نرم افزار آماری spss20  و با استفاده از  تست آماری t- test مورد  تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.  05 /0P<  معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: میزان عفونت اطراف پین  52% ، میزان آسیب عصبی-حسی اندام تحتانی 6% ، میزان سندرم کمپارتمان و آسیب عروقی صفر و میزان آسیب تاندونی عضلانی 7/5% بود. در مقایسه میزان عفونت اطراف پین، میزان آسیب عصبی حسی و میزان آسیب تاندونی-عضلانی در شکستگی  باز و بسته تنها میزان آسیب عصبی حسی اختلاف معنی داری داشت( 049/0 = P < /span> ) . نتیجه گیری: کاربرد اکسترنال فیکساتور در شکستگی باز یا خرد شده ران (اطراف زانو) و ساق (مچ پا) با میزان قابل توجهی از عفونت اطراف پین  همراه می باشد. اما عوارض عصبی-عروقی و عوارض تاندونی-عضلانی و سندرم کمپارتمان شایع نیست.}, keywords_fa = {شکستگی باز ران و ساق,عفونت اطراف پین,آسیب عضلانی-تاندونی,آسیب عصبی- عروقی}, url = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121316.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121316_639d35440f354612dfb2157edc7afbcb.pdf} }
