Abstract Traumatic dislocation of lisfranc joint is relatively rare. There have been many different subtypes and variations in this injury. We would like to report a variation of this injury in a 40 years old man who had lisfranc dislocation with simultaneous dislocations of first and second metatorsophalangeal joints. A two-year follow-up has been done.
