Electrical current less than 5 KHz, causes electrolysis and its main usage is in cosmetic procedures. Electrical current more than 20 and less than 350 KHz causes severe stimulation of nerves and muscles and even death and it does not have very much usage in medicine. Electrical current more than 350 KHz doesn’t stimulate the nerves and muscles and its heat will have the useful clinical effects like cutting and coagulation. High electrical current with low voltage will cause cutting the tissues and high voltage current will cause more coagulation. In electrocautery the electrical current does not pass from the body and the heat in the metalic loop of electrocautery causes the cutting and coagulation.In electrosurgery the electrical current passes from the body. In monopolar surgery, a return electrode is put underneath the patient and the other pole is in the surgeons’ hand whereas in bipolar surgery the current passes from a small area of body between two electric points. Monopolar surgery is used in big surgeries and the bipolar is used in delicate ones. Attention should be paid in placement of the return electrode to prevent electrical burn.}, keywords = {electricity,Surgery,Elecrocoagulation,Cautery}, title_fa = {الکتروسرجری (تاریخچه، اصول کاربرد و اجتناب از خطر)}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از الکتریسیته در اعمال جراحی تحول بزرگی را بوجود آورده است. جریان الکتریسیته کمتر 5 کیلوهرتز باعث الکترولیز شده و در اعمال جراحی زیبایی و از بین پردن پیاز مو بکار می‌رود. جریان الکتریسیته بین ۲۰ تا ۳۵۰ کیلوهرتز در صورت عبور از بدن باعث تحریک شدید اعصاب، عضلات و حتی مرگ می‌شود و کاربرد زیادی در پزشکی ندارد. جریان الکتریسیته بالای ۳۵۰ کیلوهرتز اثر مرگ بار بر بدن ندارد ولی با ایجاد حرارت موجب بریدن و انعقاد نسوج بدن می‌گردد. جریان الکتریسیته بالا و ولتاژ پایین باعث بریدن نسج و جریان الکتریسیته پایین و ولتاژ بالا باعث انعقاد می‌شود. در الکتروکوتری جریان الکتریسیته از بدن عبور نمی‌کند بلکه حلقه فلزی بین دو قطب، گرم شده و حرارت آن باعث انعقاد نسوج می‌گردد .در الکتروسرجری جریان الکتریسیته از بدن عبور می‌کند. در نوع تک قطبی یک پدال زیر بدن بیمار گذاشته می‌شود که به عنوان الکترود برگشتی عمل می‌کند و قطب دیگر در دست جراح است؛ در حالی‌که در الکتروسرجری دوقطبی جریان از یک الکترود وارد بدن شده و از الکترود دیگر که در فاصله کوتاهی از اولی قرار دارد، از بدن خارج می‌شود. الکتروسرجری تک قطبی در اعمال جراحی بزرگ و  و دوقطبی در اعمال جراحی ظریف مثل جراحی دست کاربرد دارد. الکترود بازگشتی (پدال) را باید با دقت فراوان در محل مناسبی قرار داد تا از بروز سوختگی جلوگیری شود.}, keywords_fa = {الکتریسیته,جراحی,انعقاد عروق با الکتریسته,کوتری}, url = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121235.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121235_07f7a1d89e561c7bff9862c4e1e8ab69.pdf} }
