The results of this surgery are usually excellent. The number of reports from Iran on this subject is very few. We would like to report our experience with knee replacement in Kerman.Methods: In a clinical trial and prospective study, 54 patients (11 males, 43 females) with knee disease who underwent joint replacement from 2001 to 2006 in a Teaching hospital in Kerman, were studied. Mean age was 65 years (41-80) and mean follow-up 34.4 months (3 months to 5 years). 46 cases had osteoarthritis and 8 rheumatoid arthritis. The pre and post operative findings were assessed using the ‘Knee Society’ evaluation system. The opposite knees were used to compare the patients’ satisfaction from the procedure.Results: In a study on 54 cases, the pain score of ‘Knee Society’ improved from 33 to 77 and the functional score improved from 41 to 72. Ninety six percent of the cases were satisfied with their surgeries. The complications included 1 deep and 1 superficial infection, 2 wound healing problem and one patellar dislocation. Three revisions become necessary: 2 due to infection, one for loosening and deformity in tibial component.Conclusions: Knee replacement in Kerman is associated with high satisfaction rate in short-term. Early failure is mostly related to infection or technical errors in surgery.}, keywords = {Arthroplasty,Replacement,knee,outcome assessment}, title_fa = {تعویض مفصل زانو (نتایج کوتاه مدت)}, abstract_fa = {۳۱پیش‌زمینه: تعویض مفصل زانو یکی از راه‌حل‌های نهایی برای بیماری‌های زانو با تخریب مفصل و علایم بالینی درد، دفورمیتی و محدودیت حرکتی می‌باشد. نتایج این عمل جراحی در مطالعات موجود در سایر کشورها عالی گزارش می‌شود. در کشور ما مقالات مربوط به نتایج تعویض مفصل زانو زیاد نیستند. شرایط اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اعتقادات مذهبی مردم در میزان رضایت‌مندی نقش دارد. هدف از این بررسی، ارائه نتایج کوتاه مدت تعویض مفصل زانو در کرمان بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه با روش کارآزمایی بالینی و آینده‌نگر، ۵۴ بیمار (۱۱ مرد و ۴۳ زن) مبتلا به تخریب زانو بین سال‌های ۱۳۸۱ تا ۱۳۸۵ در یک مرکز آموزشی‌ـ درمانی کرمان تحت درمان آرتروپلاستی زانو قرار گرفتند. میانگین سنی بیماران ۶۵ سال (۸۰-۴۱ سال) و میانگین زمان پیگیری ۳۴/۳ ماه (۳ ماه تا ۵ سال) بود. ۴۶ زانو آرتروز و ۸ مورد آرتریت روماتویید داشتند. داده‌های قبل و بعد از عمل با استفاده از برگه ارزیابی «انجمن زانو» مقایسه و وضعیت بیمار در مقایسه با سمت مقابل ارزیابی شد.یافته‌ها: براساس سیستم ارزیابی «انجمن زانو» ۱۹ بیمار گروه A، تعداد 4 بیمارBB و 31 بیمار C بودند. میانگین میزان بهبود درد از ۳۳ قبل از عمل به ۷۷ و ارزیابی عملکرد از ۴۱به ۷۲ رسید. ۹۶% بیماران از جراحی خود رضایت داشتند. یک مورد عفونت سطحی، یک مورد عمقی، ۲ مورد تأخیر در ترمیم زخم مشاهده شد. سه مورد نیاز به تعویض دوباره داشتند که یک زانو به‌دلیل عفونت حاد ۱۰ روز پس از عمل، یک مورد عفونت ۱۶ ماه بعد از عمل و دیگری تغییر شکل جزء تی‌بیا پس از یک‌سال بود.نتیجه‌گیری: آرتروپلاستی در بیماران کرمانی با درصد بالای رضایت بیماران همراه است و شکست در کوتاه‌مدت بیش از همه به خطای تکنیک جراحی و عفونت مربوط می‌شود. }, keywords_fa = {آرتروپلاستی,تعویض مفصل زانو,ارزیابی پیامد}, url = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121207.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121207_7a5bb154d09079e1db0253b618b5bb71.pdf} }
