Several techniques have been used to monitor the status of the hip after reduction. Each has its own problem so that ultrasound found a special place where the assessment is needed. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic value of transinguinal and transgluteal ultrasound in comparison to CT scan in the evaluation of femoral head position in acetabulum in DDH treatment in spica cast. Methods : A cross-sectional study was performed on 37 affected hips in 24 infants at the age of 9 to 36 months during one year in a teaching hospital in Tehran, Iran. After close or open reduction and applying spica cast, an opening was made over the anterior edge of the inguinal region and transinguinal and transgluteal ultrasound was performed to confirm the quality of reduction in the acetabulum. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of the postoperative ultrasonography was compared with CT scan. Data analysis was done by statistical tests. Results: The rate of agreement between ultrasonography and CT scan results was 91% (p < /i>}, keywords = {Ultrasonography,Hip dislocation, congenital,Sensitivity,Specificity}, title_fa = {مقایسه سونوگرافی با سی‌تی‌اسکن در ارزیابی موقعیت سر فمور در استابولوم به دنبال جااندازی باز یا بسته در دیسپلازی تکاملی مفصل ران}, abstract_fa = {پیش‌زمینه: دررفتگی تکاملی مفصل ران بیماری شایعی است و عدم درمان به موقع آن عوارض زیادی دارد. جااندازی مناسب و حفظ آن از نظر موفقیت درمان و پیش‌آگهی اهمیت فراوانی دارد. روش‌های زیادی برای بررسی وضعیت مفصل ران بعد از جااندازی در داخل گچ اسپایکا وجود دارد ولی محدودیت‌های هر یک باعث شده سونوگرافی جایگاه ویژه‌ای بیابد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارزش تشخیصی سونوگرافی ترانس‌اینگوینال و ترانس‌گلوتئال در مقایسه با سی‌تی‌اسکن در ارزیابی موقعیت سرفمور در استابولوم درگچ اسپایکا بود. مواد و روش: در یک مطالعه‌ مقطعی ۳۷مفصل ران از ۲۳ بیمار ۹ تا ۳۶ ماهه که طی یک سال در یک مرکز درمانی تهران به علت دررفتگی تکاملی مفصل ران تحت جااندازی بسته یا باز به همراه گچ اسپایکا قرار گرفته بودند، بررسی شدند. لبه جلویی گچ روی ناحیه‌ اینگوینال باز ‌شد و سونوگرافی ترانس‌اینگوینال و ترانس‌گلوتئال انجام گردید. سپس وضعیت سرفمور نسبت به استابولوم سنجیده و با سی‌تی‌اسکن به عنوان استاندارد طلایی مقایسه شد. داده‌های به دست آمده با آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بین نتایج سونوگرافی با سی‌تی‌اسکن در ۹۱% موارد توافق وجود داشت (۰۰۱/۰). همچنین حساسیت ۸۷%، ویژگی ۱۰۰%، دقت ۹۷%، ارزش اخباری مثبت ۱۰۰% و ارزش اخباری منفی ۹۶% بدست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: در درفتگی تکاملی مفصل ران می‌توان از سونوگرافی برای کنترل وضعیت جااندازی بسته یا باز مفصل ران استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {اولتراسونوگرافی,دررفتگی مفصل ران,مادرزادی,حساسیت,ویژگی}, url = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121076.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijos.ir/article_121076_7be127d8ecc1755dc8c85e367532cce3.pdf} }
